Builder’s exchange program

Red Wing has been making work boots for over a hundred years—but Alpha and Gen-Z are building online instead of in the physical world. That’s why we created the Builders Exchange Program: a Roblox campaign to get makers in virtual worlds excited about becoming IRL tradespeople. We invited players to build tiny homes inside Roblox and then had several of these built in the real world to house the homeless. By connecting metaverse builders to tradespeople, we inspired them to follow in their footsteps — while wearing Red Wing boots.
